A New Sustainable Model for Ministry

We are establishing a ministry ecosystem that enables church planters in the Philippines to:

• ✅ Earn a good income (1–2 days per week)
• ✅ Focus on ministry and church planting
• ✅ Grow in biblical training and leadership

This solves a major challenge: most church planters cannot serve effectively because they need to work full-time outside ministry.

We connect Filipino church planters with Australian churches and businesses to earn income through remote/marketable skills.

Participants will be trained and supported to work 1–2 days per week in areas such as:

• Bookkeeping
• Design
• Video Editing
• Marketing
• Remote admin and more

This income enables planters to live well while dedicating the rest of their week to ministry, discipleship, and church planting

We provide live, interactive theological training that is:

• Accredited in Australia
• Designed for church leaders and planters
• Delivered by an experienced, inter-denominational faculty

Courses include ministry, pastoral leadership, biblical studies and practical ministry skills — all structured to strengthen leaders for more effective church planting.

We’ve developed a church planting and discipleship model to help existing churches:

• Identify and prepare leaders ready to plant
• Offer mentorship and hands-on ministry formation
• Build teams committed to disciple-making and long-term fruit

This model exists to raise leaders who reproduce disciples and churches — not just maintain a program.

We have current funding available to support:

• 🎯 10 new church plants in the Philippines
  🎯 10 Filipino church leaders into sustainable ministry pathways

This is an active launch — not just a vision. Individuals and teams are beginning ministry already.

Work + College + Ministry

• Work: 1–2 days/week earning a good salary through partnered remote work roles (Australia → Philippines).
• Study: Live online Bible College training with accredited Australian degrees and certificates.
• Serve: The remainder of the week focused on ministry, discipleship and church planting.

This rhythm equips leaders holistically — economically, academically, and spiritually.

We are seeking collaboration from:

• Churches who will send students for training
• Mentors for hands-on ministry support
• Organisations who will help host training hubs
• Supporters to pray, provide accommodation, transport, or financial backing
