

Live or recorded teaching (with low-bandwidth options), regular mentoring, practical church service, regional gatherings, two whole-cohort intensives (Jan & July), and ongoing assessment with feedback.A Sparrows Mentor will walk alongside a small group of 3–5 theology and ministry students in the Philippines.
Called, credible and teachable Filipino believers actively connected to a church or ministry community, who want to grow in biblical understanding, character and practical ministry. Applicants may come through churches, ministry networks or organisations, or apply directly with genuine church endorsement.
A lived, credible Christian faith; a clear call to ministry training; genuine church/pastoral endorsement; teachability; relational maturity; realistic capacity to attend classes, mentoring and intensives; and willingness to follow conduct and integrity expectations.
