A Sparrows Mentor will walk alongside a small group of 3–5 theology and ministry students in the Philippines.
Walk alongside students as they grow in faith and ministry.
Encourage meaningful and healthy relationships.
Help students reflect on their learning and ministry experiences.
Connect theological learning with practical ministry.
Encourage students as they develop their leadership and calling.
Support the formation of future Christian ministry leaders.
You don't need to have all the answers. The role is about walking alongside, encouraging, asking good questions and helping students connect their learning with life and ministry.
We are looking for Christians with experience in ministry who are passionate about seeing the next generation formed well for Christian service.
You may be a church leader, pastor, ministry practitioner, theological educator or experienced Christian leader with a desire to invest in others.
