Richard was formerly teaching pastor at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church, Perth, Western Australia, having served as interim senior pastor then team leader for two and a half years. Before that he served for 7 years at Tabor College, Perth, 6 of those as Principal. Richard has his PhD from Edith Cowan University and a Master degree from Melbourne College of Divinity.
Mike has experience in both large and small churches and has worked in leadership roles at a State level with various denominations. Mike has also taught at several Bible colleges, served overseas, and is a Board member of a not-for-profit that focuses on lowering maternal and neonatal mortality in Papua New Guinea.
