

Biblical and theological learning; formation in Christian character and leadership; real-world ministry application and continued church connection; and a carefully planned support framework for students who may eventually live and study in Australia.A Sparrows Mentor will walk alongside a small group of 3–5 theology and ministry students in the Philippines.
Filipino Christians with a strong, consistent faith and integrity; a genuine ministry and study purpose with active church connection; teachability and maturity; likely ability to meet academic/English requirements; maturity to live independently; and a clear intention to use their learning in future ministry.
A scholarship-supported study model, accommodation and welfare arrangements, arrival and orientation support, academic and pastoral support, a transparent selection process, and guidance through provider/visa processes if approved.
